During the seasonal months of January to April, we have teamed up with Drumlanford Estate to carry out the required Deer Culling within the vast 100 acres of beautiful hills and forests.  Please contact us now regarding terms of stay, including outing prices and expenses.  Currently, the fees come in at two stalks per day for £100.00 per day, plus an extra £30.00 to be accompanied by a local expert stalker for all the best runs.  This is an exciting experience for young and old who wish to learn about the Scottish countryside life from people who really live it!

The Need for Deer Culling:
Deer stalking is a sport but it is also a necessary task for the protection of agricultural crops and forestry and, indeed, of the deer. Deer are prolific breeders and, if numbers are allowed to increase unchecked, damage can result and the deer themselves may become prey to starvation and disease. The culling of deer should always take place as part of a deer management plan which considers all these influencing factors. Wherever appropriate the management plan should involve close liaison and co-operation between neighbouring landowners and stalkers.
